What We Do

Mission: We are a nonprofit dedicated to achieving a more active, collaborative participation in the rejuvenation of the earth by inspiring, empowering, and supporting individuals who are interested in pursuing earth stewardship in any form to help catalyze bold, systemic, lasting environmental, cultural, and socio-economic benefits through the widespread practice of permaculture, renewable energy, natural building, wellness, and grassroots community activism.

Wild Earth Stewardship Center serves as a host site for workshops and many other learning opportunities to connect pioneers, teachers, and specialists with students, local and indigenous people, and visitors alike to share and learn techniques that make it easy to participate in a more active, collaborative revitalization of the earth.

On-site projects at Wild Earth Stewardship Center: Our onsite projects at the Center enable us to demonstrate permaculture techniques, renewable energy and waste systems, natural building methods, and much more to anyone who visits, attends workshops, or volunteers.

Off-site community outreach projects: We coordinate with our neighboring rural communities to carry out each of our final workshop installations as community improvement projects, as well as to connect interested community members with the basic skills to support new avenues for entrepreneurs, and other opportunities for socio-economic transformation and ecological regeneration.

From our unique location in the rainforest to the blending of our workshops with community projects, we strive to be a place where people come not only to learn, share, and teach but also to form a deeper connection to and appreciation for the incredible biodiversity and majesty that rainforests house, the unique cultural and archeological opportunities Belize has to offer, and the gracious, vibrant rural communities we live with.
